I prefer not to have a typical shopping cart system set up for ordering. As an artist, I really prefer direct contact. If you see something on this website that strikes your fancy or suits a project, please contact me about it. Email is preferred; I do my best to reply promptly to all messages.
In the US, I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. If you prefer a different shipping method, I accomodate if I can. However, if you are paying with PayPal, I must use a method with tracking numbers and requiring a signature.
Insurance is extra and optional; you must request insurance if you would like it. I strongly recommend insurance for stones priced over $500. Please note: I am not responsible for stones once they are shipped.
- Personal/Business Check (with approval)
- Money Orders
- Credit cards (through PayPal)
Personal and business checks are accepted from existing clients in good standing. I can accept credit card payments through the PayPal system –it’s secure and private; I never see your credit card information.
I do my best to take accurate images and describe my gemstones as carefully as possible. But I know that sometimes the gem isn’t quite what you expect when you see it in person. I will accept returns, for almost any reason, with the following conditions:
- Returns must be received within 10 days
- I do not refund shipping costs
- Gem(s) must be received by me in the same condition they were shipped (i.e., unaltered and undamaged)
- You bear the cost and risk of return shipping. I strongly recommend shipping with tracking numbers and a signature required on receipt.
Please note: Not all custom work is returnable.
I am happy to work directly with you to create a stone that fits your project. Custom work is priced on a per-project basis and may not be similar to the pricing of pieces already on my website. All custom work requires a minimum $75 non-refundable deposit. In some cases, a higher deposit is required to cover the cost of special order rough. Not all custom pieces are returnable, but I do my best to ensure the finished stone is just what you wanted. Send me an email and let’s see what we can create together.
I do not work with diamonds.
